Since zhaobao was found in 1996 , we devote ourself to studying and developing NdFeB magnet with high Hcj , high Br that used in all kinds motor , generator. Now 90 percent of our magnets are used in this field. we can supply the following grade :N35M-N48M , N35H-N45H ,N33SH –N42SH ,N33UH –N40UH , N30EH –N38EH ,N28AH –N35AH that can be sued in high temp. such as N33AH can be used in 240 dgree . the dimension of magnets can up to more than 100mm . these magnets are widely used into elevator motor , vehicle motor , hydraulic generator , wind generator etc.
Aslo our Development Center develop corrosion resistance Ndfeb material . corrosion resistance material also will rust, but means lower weight loss than common ndfeb material in the Hast test .In the HAST test : our corrosion resistance magnets can endure for ten days under 120 degree Celsius ,95% humidity,2 atmospheric pressure,its loss of weight being less than 10Mg/CM2 . Because this good test result , some customer even used them without coating. |
