Magnetic Bars

Characteristics
 1.The diameter of standard cylindrical magnetic bars is 25mm (1 inch), and the length depends on customers’ requirements, and even the longest length can reach 2500mm. Square or other different shapes and sizes of magnetic bars can also be provided.
 2.Our magnetic bars usually use 304L or 316L of seamless stainless steel pipes, and the surface can be polished in order to meet the special requirements of food, pharmaceutical and other fields.
 3.The maximum working temperature of our conventional products is 80℃. And for the special needs of customers, we can provide the product whose max working temperature reaches 200℃.
 4. Various designs of both ends -- sharp end, threaded hole, stud bolts, etc.
 5. Ferrites and different grades of rare earth permanent magnets can produce magnetic bars with different surface magnetic fields to meet the demands of customers, The max surface magnetic field of D25mm magnetic bars can reach 12000GS.

Remarks
 1.“√” represents that the magnetic bars with the magnetic intensity can be produced under the corresponding diameter, and “—”represents it they can't be produced.
 2.The magnetic bar whose diameter is less than 38mm usually use the SmCo in EH temperature.If its diameter is greater than 38mm will not consider the SmCo.
 3.The maximum working temperature of different series
 H:  120℃
 SH: 150℃
 UH:180℃
 EH:  200℃
Applications
  The magnetic bars are mainly used in the magnetic separator made up of magnetic frames, which can effectively absorb iron impurities and small metal particles in loose or flowing raw materials.
