We passed IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification issued by the German authority certification body DQS which is one of the members of IQNeT.And we also passed ISO14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 environmental and occupational health and safety management system certification issued by China's authority certification body CQC which is one of the members of IQNeT to escort the production of qualified products.

In third-party laboratory testing, which is arranged regularly or irregularly by (our QC team) of RoHS, REACH, and other hazardous materials, the results are qualified and meet the requirements of the relevant directives.

Process Control

We have been monitoring from raw materials to the whole production processes and use various advanced testing instruments to ensure quality stability Before the raw material is put in storage.oxygen content testers, single channel scanning spectrometers, carbon sulfur analyzers, oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzers and other analytical instruments laser particle size distribution instruments can ensure the qualified process products. 

Three-dimensional projectors, high temperature test chambers, programmable temperature and humidity chambers, HAST test chambers, salt spray test chambers, X fluorescent coating thickness testers and appearance automatic imaging instruments can guarantee super quality of our magnets. 

Advanced automatic flux testing equipment is used to ensure the stability of product testing and provide an excellent quality assurance for our products.
